How we work
Clear prices
The price of the machine, delivery and collection is shown before you pay. Business customers see prices ex VAT; home customers see the full price including VAT. Fuel, cleaning and damage charges are published, not made up afterwards.
Easy to book and change
Book online at any time, or by phone or WhatsApp in office hours. Move a delivery, extend or book a collection yourself on Manage your hire.
Site-ready machines
Green beacons on every machine, immobilisers on the diggers and a keypad immobiliser on the dumper. Every machine is serviced on the manufacturer's schedule.
Proper terms
We hire on the CPA Conditions for Hiring Plant with our supplementary terms (version 2.4). If something goes wrong, our breakdown guarantee applies.
Who we work with
Builders, groundworkers, landscapers, driveway and patio installers, utility teams, self-builders and homeowners. Whether it is footings, a driveway, a trench or a garden, the Job Planner works out the right machines and days for you.
Our review policy
We never write, buy, swap or reward reviews, and we ask every customer, not just happy ones. We reply to every review and never ask anyone to change or remove one. If you think a review about us is fake, email mail@aiplanthire.co.uk.
