Delivery & Collection
We provide fast delivery within 30 miles (usually 50–60 minutes towing time). Typical coverage includes: Wolverhampton, Dudley, Walsall, Birmingham, Coventry, Telford East, Stafford, Cannock, Stourbridge, Kidderminster, Bridgnorth and Solihull.
💷 Transport Charges (Simple & Transparent)
• First 10 miles: £40 each way
• Beyond 10 miles: £1.80 per mile (each way)
Delivery and collection are charged separately. We calculate distance using road mileage, not straight-line distance, to reflect the actual route our delivery vehicle must take. Customers see the exact cost at checkout once the postcode is entered.

🟧IMPORTANT DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
These protect you from failed deliveries & recovery issues. Customers MUST ensure:
Clear, safe access for delivery vehicle
- No parked cars
- No skips or bins
- Enough turning space for towing
Suitable ground conditions
- Machine cannot be dropped on soft mud, wet grass, or unsafe surfaces
- If ground is unstable, machine may sink → recovery charges apply
Access width suitable for the machine
- K008-5: requires 75 cm
- U17-5: requires 1.0 m
- 1T Dumper: approx 1.0 m
- Roller: 1.2 m
Person present during delivery
- For handover, photos, and safety briefing.
🟥FAILED DELIVERY / WAITING TIME CHARGES
Failed delivery (access issue, no person present, unsafe ground): Charged at the standard delivery rate.
Waiting time: £1 per minute after 15 minutes.
🔁Collection Rules
Collection uses the same pricing as delivery. Customers must ensure:
- Machine is parked in an accessible location on firm ground.
- Site access is not blocked.
- Machine is fuelled & cleaned to normal standard.
- Keys & attachments are present and ready for collection.
- Machine is not still in use.
Extra charges apply for: blocked access, machine being stuck, missing items, or poor ground conditions.
