Description
Micro digger hire for patios, shed bases and back gardens with a narrow gate. The Kubota K008-5 narrows to 70 cm, digs to 1.7 m, and is the smallest and lightest machine on the fleet. Add our KM55 breaker to take out concrete and tarmac on the same hire.

Tight access in Coventry
The council's own character studies describe Foleshill's narrow-fronted, tunnel-back terraces and the small rear gardens of Stoke and Earlsdon. On streets like these the K008-5 goes through the side passage, or through the house with the floors protected.
Some Earlsdon terraces still have old watch workshops at the back. Their concrete bases come up quickly with the KM55 breaker, which fits the K008-5.
Coventry City Council licenses a skip on the road at £71 with three working days notice, and materials left on the highway need its consent; the 24-hour licence is free. Sort that out before the machine arrives.

Can it go through my house?
If you have 75 cm clear through the doors and hall, yes. Lay boards first and take internal doors off where you can.
Do I need a permit for a skip?
Yes, if it sits on the road or pavement. Coventry City Council charges £71 with three working days notice and £79 with less.
Do I need a licence to hire it?
No licence or ticket is needed to hire from us or to operate the machine on private property. We hand over the machine on site, walk you through the controls and the daily checks, and the operator guide stays with the machine.
